This app doesn't make any promises. First, realize that it's very difficult to automatically verify that people are who they say they are. (If I had exclusive access to all of our church membership records then it would be easy to add that verification step upon creation of a profile, but obviously I shouldn't and don't have that). In an effort to increase trust, I have added a green badge that says "verified" to those users who have contacted me to confirm they created a specific profile (try 801-624-0238 or see me in person). But you should still just follow the golden rule. You probably wouldn't want someone else to create a profile in your name (that's identity theft). And even if you do take this seriously, realize that the birthday you entered above will reveal your age to other users of this service along with other input you entered above. Also, realize that users of this app will have the chance to indicate whether they are interested in you or not. As the creator of this app, I will do everything I can to protect the information entered so that information on matches and indications of interest will not be made public and will only be used to automatically alert users that have matched with each other. If you think these kinds of apps breed superficiality or if you have any reservations whatsoever, don't create a profile. It is meant to be a joke imitation of other dating apps, but localized to the Winder 2nd YSA Ward. You are using this service voluntarily.
