The Aklanon - 3000 Phrases app works entirely offline. It does not collect or transmit any user data from the user's device. It also does not transmit any external data to the user's device. There are however two links to external pdf resources stored on Google Drive that the user can download if they choose to (the pdfs are a public domain dictionary and grammar text for the Aklanon language).
